Mind Body Spirit 5-day Adventure

Friday July 30th - Tuesday Aug 3rd 2010, or choose a shorter weekend option if that suits you better.
(Note: Bank Holiday weekend in the Republic of Ireland)

Lough erne islands

A Healthy Body Mind and Soul holiday where you'll get to explore your inner self and the beautiful natural world. You're sure to make new friends - both with your fellow guests and the residents of Inis Rath Island. This will be a life-transformational event or, as one guest put it, "the highlight of my year".

Arrival: The general arrival time for retreats is 6pm. As you need to cross on a ferry to get to the island, it is most convenient to have everyone arrive for 6pm. However, if you want to arrive later, or from 4.00pm, that can be arranged.
